Founded by Anastasia Koutsioukis and Ahmet Erkaya, Mandolin Aegean Bistro opened it's door, December 2009.  Located in a restored 1940's home with one of the most notable gardens and outdoor patio space in Miami, every attention to detail matters. 

Bringing their combined culture and spirited hospitality to the forefront of Miami's food scene, the culinary team interpreted the traditional recipes and seasonality of Greek and Turkish coastal food while dedicated to using local ingredients and incorporating the Aegean techniques.

As you enter the blue gates and pass through the bougainvillea, you will be transported to the tavernas along Aegean coastal towns where the Greek Islands meet the Turkish coast.  Our village will greet you with a dose of warm, genuine, Mediterranean hospitality as you indulge in the taste and traditions of the Aegean.

Today Mandolin has become a home away from home for our local Miami community and international travelers. Mandolin is more than just a restaurant. It's a way of life. It approaches an effortless way of eating and living through enjoying the simple pleasures.
